Checking in- Reflection and Intention Setting Exercise
We're halfway through 2021 and I think this halfway point is a beautiful time to check in on goals we set at the beginning of the year. If you remember, these are the intention setting pieces for this year:
What is a boundary you want to set?
What is a pattern you don't want to repeat?
How will you let it go?
What is a feeling you want to embody?
What is a major goal that you want to accomplish?
What is your intention for this year?
What do you want to manifest?
Write an affirmation for yourself in 2021
What is your word for 2021?
I encourage you to take some time to check in on how these things are going, and how you might want things to feel a little different for the rest of the year. I recently heard Oprah talk about the importance of stillness, so I encourage you to do that and use some still time to reflect.
